Shipping Policy
Conduit Repair Systems Shipping Policy:
It is our goal to ship all purchase orders within 1 business day of receiving the purchase order. Custom orders may take additional time. Lead times are estimated and provided as a courtesy.
General Policies:
- Our split conduit can be cut to ship in either five foot or ten foot lengths, but ten foot lengths will have to ship with an LTL trucking company. Five foot lengths can ship small parcel with UPS / FedEx and is generally cheaper for smaller quantities of product.
- All shipping dates are estimated and provided by the carriers (UPS, FEDEX, LTL companies, ETC). There are factors that can affect delivery times that we cannot control, such as weather or carrier delays. Conduit Repair Systems is not responsible for shipments that arrive after the estimated delivery date.
- If Freight Allowance is met, Conduit Repair Systems will cover standard ground freight to commercial locations. Residential addresses do not qualify for freight allowance.
Pre-calls or Delivery Appointments are not included.
Liftgate requests are not included.
Any additional accessorials are not included. - Once an order has left our facility, they are considered FOB Shipping – Customers are provided tracking information through an email when their order has been processed.
- All LTL shipments require dock hours and receiving contacts. (Names, emails, and phone numbers).
- Damaged products – In the event of any refusal of damaged products due to shipping, we require pictures and any documentation such as a delivery receipt, to issue any credit.
- Refusal of non-damaged shipments may result in charges of, and not limited to, the original shipment cost, the return shipment cost, restocking fees and any other applicable costs.
- Shipping to a non-standard commercial address, such as residential locations, rural addresses or limited access facilities, etc., may increase shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Missing or incorrect information may result in delays in shipments or additional charges.
Domestic Shipping
We ship small parcel via FedEx and UPS. If available for your requested ship to address, each option listed below may be selected for any of the 50 States; though additional fees may be applied for shipments sent to Alaska or Hawaii. Both UPS and FedEx estimated delivery dates are for standard business days
- Ground – This is our preferred option for shipments. Typical transit times for the Lower 48 is 3-5 business days.
- 3 Day – This option is available upon request.
- 2 Day – This is for 2 day air. Not all 2 day air shipments are guaranteed.
- Next Day Air – This is for Next Day Delivery. We always strive to provide NDA options for all customers. This is only available for products that are currently in stock and available.

International and Ocean Freight Shipping
We can ship globally per request. Customs Brokers are the responsibility of each customer. If you need to ship internationally or have an ocean freight request, please contact us directly to review your available options.
